We make every effort to transport living plankton in the fastest and most sensible way possible. “Cost and delivery time” should be balanced.

We only fill the plankton shortly before shipping to ensure that it arrives fresh to you.

If necessary, heat or cold bags are added. 

There can be incidents. If a delivery is damaged or gets stuck in the shipping service, a replacement will be provided immediately (if in stock).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We usually ship Monday to Thursday with Priority Mail.  Orders received by us by 2 p.m. are usually shipped the same day and should be with you the next day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

It is possible to ship internationally. To be on the safe side, we will definitely contact you.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Only the data that is necessary for the order is stored. The stored data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
